MLM Sponsoring | MLM Sponsor

If mlm sponsoring is the lifeblood of all successful network marketing businesses then why is mlm sponsoring the hardest aspect for most people
to master? If you ever attended any home parties or hotel meetings you knowthe hype that comes with it. In my present company all I had to do was sponsor two people and have those two people sponsor two each? Easy as pie, correct? So why was it that most people, me included, couldn’t sponsor a single soul
even if my life depended on it? MLM sponsoring is not as easy at it seems…

Let’s look at some reasons why mlm sponsoring can be difficult for most people:

I call this first one “The Blind Leading The Blind” factor:
Let’s say for example an elderly person was diagnosed with stage II diabetes and was ordered by her primary doctor to check her blood glucose two times a day. She had never been diabetic until now and to top it off, she has cataracts that hinder her from seeing clearly. She lives with her husband who’s past his prime and has his own health issues as well. Unable to perform the blood glucose checks she relies on her husband to do it for her. Do you see the potential hazards that come in play? A person new to mlm will rely on his upline to “connect” with the prospect. The only problem is that the upline is just as clueless on how to do mlm sponsoring correctly. Did you know the majority of new mlm hopefuls dropout within six months of joining in the pursuit of the next promising opportunity?

“The Three Foot Rule Is Like a Box of Chocolates, You’ll never know what you’re gonna get.”
Discouraged by his meager mlm sponsoring accomplishments (mom and little brother) and exhausting the contacts on his cell phone.(Carl:”Hey Jp, it’s me Carl are you available today? I’d like to show you something..” Jp: “Actually today is not good or any other day for that mattter…I have uhhmmm..contagious athletes foot…yah that’s it.” CLICK. Carl: “Hello? Hello?”) Our mlm hopeful ventures out in the world to seek “wisdom from the elders”. The “elders”
advise him to be more outgoing and find ways to bring about his mlm business in the conversations. Emboldened by the newfound knowledge young grasshopper spews out his MLM opportunity to everyone he sees. Although these methods work, only a select few have the patience and perseverance to master these skills. How long will our mlm hopeful last until the burden of rejection is too heavy for him to handle? Plus vomitting up your opportunity to everyone you see isn’t very economical(in regards to TIME – your most precious resource). Wouldn’t it be better to share your opportunity to someone who’s interested?

Although this has nothing to do with mlm sponsoring, I’d like to put it out there: “MLM and Network Marketing Gives the Average Joe a Chance at Riches” – Therein Lies the problem. Although MLM does give the average joe the chance to truly become financially independant therein lies the problem. The average joe is just that: average. If our mlm hopeful has no experience in mlm or in marketing at all can you really expect him to succeed and most importantly duplicate his efforts? Without proper training we can’t expect people to stick around for long. And they shouldn’t. It wouldn’t be fair.

In response to some comments I’m sure i’ll be receiving let me just point out some solutions that might be of some use to you.

Solution:

Find a mentor who’s already had SUCCESS in the MLM Business and absorb his teachings like a Shamwow on a new carpet spill. Don’t be afraid to INVEST in yourself. Let’s take a golf for example. You can either learn it yourself or you can have lessons. Although you can learn golf yourself wouldn’t it be better to cut that learning curve in half or even more by hiring someone with Experience/Success to teach you?

Focus on people who have an entrepreneurial spirit. Sharing your opportunity with the guy who’s been working at the gas station for the past 5 years (although there’s nothing wrong with working at a gas station if that’s what they’re happy with or they’re the owner) is not an efficient way to go about running your business.

If old school mlm sponsoring didn’t work for you then…it won’t do jack for you anytime soon. Scrap it, count it as a loss and find something that works.

Find a system that will give you an over-abundant number of entrepreneurial leads to work with and have these leads contact you instead.
Wouldn’t mlm sponsoring be easier then?

Above all, don’t expect to get rich by tomorrow. It’ll take perseverance and strength in your part to truly succeed.

If you’re tired of energy draining old school mlm tactics and are ready to start a new chapter of success in your business let me introduce you to one of my mentors.
